默认「一口价」，无需额外设置；换选其他方式会在下方展开该方式自己的字段。Default is a firm price with nothing extra to fill in; other modes reveal their own settings below.
需填齐四项：结束日期晚于开始日期，且底价低于起始价，才会生成每周降价计划。All four fields are needed: end after start, floor strictly below the starting price.
按周自动降价直至底价（已上线的真实降价引擎）。买家侧「按未来价位加入等降候补」为未来功能。Drops weekly toward your floor via the live price-down engine. Buyer-side waitlists per future price are future work.
平台不收取任何费用，也无法担保出价最高者一定履约：只要有出价你愿意接受，就可以直接约 TA 成交；对方如约未出现，将其移出候选即可。虚标超高出价反而会吓退其他认真买家。（竞拍功能与后端尚未上线，以上字段暂不可填。）The platform charges no fees and can't guarantee the top bidder honors their commitment: accept any offer you like and drop no-shows. Inflated fake bids scare off serious buyers. (Auction isn't launched yet — these fields stay disabled.)
买家可自由出价，你在消息里自行决定是否接受。（买家出价收件箱为未来功能，当前请通过站内消息沟通。）Buyers can offer freely; you decide in chat. (A dedicated offers inbox is future work — use regular messages for now.)
e-Transfer 到账可能较慢，选择此方式的买家请耐心等待到账确认。e-Transfer can take a while to arrive — buyers choosing it should wait for the deposit confirmation.
